It is a particular concern of the Dresden Music Festival to invite young musicians from all over the world in order to offer them a platform and promote the dialog between cultures, which is needed more than ever in these times.

The Dresden Music Festival presents the sisters Kristine and Margarita Balanas from Latvia, who represent the young, committed generation of our artists who also show social commitment. They organize charity events to support young musicians in Latvia and create a perspective for them - and thus hope for the day after - the future!
